  • We recycle our paper, glass, plastic and compost through local waste management services
  • We avoid disposables in our breakrooms, with dishes and dishwashers installed in two locations
  • To remove plastic bottles, we have installed dispensers for water and sparkling flavored beverages
  • We have a choice of leasing companies, and we selected a leasing company that uses bulk HVAC, commodity electrical usage and sustainable co-generation
  • We also chose to locate our main offices close to public transportation to do our part in reducing emissions

4DIVERSITY/COMMUNITY INVOLVEMENT

4Diversity is an employee-led committee. Their mission is to leverage our guiding principles to focus awareness on social equity and create change within 4DMT and the community. The team was actively involved, for example, with our designation of Juneteenth and Election Day as paid company holidays.

Awareness is also being turned into action by a partnership with Biotech Partners, through which we sponsor internships for community college students who are underrepresented in the sciences.
